Legal Terms and Conditions for the Referral Program

By participating in the Talent Stay Candidate Referral Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

• The referrer (you) must be 18 years of age or older.

• The referred candidate must not already exist in Talent Stay’s candidate database at the time of referral submission.

2. Referral Submission

• A referral is valid only if submitted through the designated online referral form provided by Talent Stay.

• The referral must include the candidate’s full name, contact details, and the specific job posting being referred to.

3. Reward Criteria

• The referrer will be eligible for a reward of $500 CAD only if:

• The referred candidate is successfully hired for the specified role.

• The candidate remains continuously employed with the client for a minimum of 90 working days.

• If the referred candidate is already in our database or was referred by another person before you, the referrer will not be eligible for the reward.

4. Payment Terms

• Payments will be made via e-transfer within 15 days after confirmation that the referred candidate has completed 90 working days with the client.

• It is the referrer’s responsibility to provide accurate payment details for the e-transfer. Talent Stay is not responsible for delays or errors due to incorrect information.

5. Limitations and Exclusions

• Talent Stay reserves the right to reject any referral that does not meet the criteria outlined in these terms.

• Referrals are valid only for open job postings listed on our website or otherwise communicated by Talent Stay.

6. Confidentiality

• By submitting a referral, you confirm that you have obtained the consent of the candidate to share their personal information with Talent Stay for the purpose of recruitment.

7. Program Changes and Termination

• Talent Stay reserves the right to modify or terminate the Candidate Referral Program at any time without prior notice.

• Any referrals submitted before termination or modification will be honored according to the terms in effect at the time of submission.

8. Disputes

• Any disputes arising out of the referral program will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Montreal, Quebec.

Conditions générales pour le programme de recommandation

En participant au programme de recommandation de Talent Stay, vous acceptez les conditions générales suivantes :

1. Admissibilité

• Le parrain (vous) doit être âgé de 18 ans ou plus.

• Le candidat recommandé ne doit pas déjà figurer dans la base de données des candidats de Talent Stay au moment de la soumission de la recommandation.

2. Soumission d’une recommandation

• Une recommandation est valide uniquement si elle est soumise via le formulaire de recommandation en ligne désigné fourni par Talent Stay.

• La recommandation doit inclure le nom complet du candidat, ses coordonnées et le poste spécifique pour lequel il est recommandé.

3. Critères d’éligibilité à la récompense

• Le parrain sera éligible à une récompense de 500 CAD uniquement si :

• Le candidat recommandé est embauché avec succès pour le poste spécifié.

• Le candidat reste employé de façon continue chez le client pendant au moins 90 jours ouvrables.

• Si le candidat recommandé figure déjà dans notre base de données ou a été recommandé par une autre personne avant vous, le parrain ne sera pas éligible à la récompense.

4. Modalités de paiement

• Les paiements seront effectués par virement électronique dans un délai de 15 jours après confirmation que le candidat recommandé a complété 90 jours ouvrables chez le client.

• Il incombe au parrain de fournir des informations de paiement précises pour le virement électronique. Talent Stay ne peut être tenu responsable des retards ou des erreurs dus à des informations incorrectes.

5. Limitations et exclusions

• Talent Stay se réserve le droit de rejeter toute recommandation qui ne répond pas aux critères définis dans ces conditions.

• Les recommandations sont valides uniquement pour les offres d’emploi ouvertes publiées sur notre site Web ou communiquées par Talent Stay.

6. Confidentialité

• En soumettant une recommandation, vous confirmez avoir obtenu le consentement du candidat pour partager ses informations personnelles avec Talent Stay dans le cadre du recrutement.

7. Modifications et résiliation du programme

• Talent Stay se réserve le droit de modifier ou de résilier le programme de recommandation à tout moment et sans préavis.

• Toute recommandation soumise avant la résiliation ou la modification sera honorée selon les conditions en vigueur au moment de la soumission.

8. Litiges

• Tout litige découlant du programme de recommandation sera soumis à la juridiction des tribunaux de Montréal, Québec.

En participant à ce programme, vous reconnaissez avoir lu, compris et accepté ces conditions générales.
